Hoodia Maxx - Company charged my account after I cancelled the product

I ordered Hoodia Maxx and received my free trial. I cancelled the order

and shipped back the next order I received after I had already cancelled.

This month my account was charged 4 payments of $48.80. I can not get no

one on the phone. I did get one response from a email and they advised

they would correct the error. After that email I was charged the 4th payment. I have cancelled by credit card but I would like a refund of

my $244.00. Is there anything I can do to get help??? Simtec is the name

of the company that is deducting the money.

There is help, but you have to have the confidence to do it.Get on your PC and go to your states attorney general's website and file a complaint against them.

You need to go to their consumer protection law website as well so you can file an online complaint. Basically, tell them the details and then under that copy and paste the law that you believe support your case. After that they will send you an email confirming they received your complaint and will open mediations.

Depending on your state, they may even force them to give your doe back with in an alotted time or face charges as well as punitive damages for not complying.Good luck & go get em!
